What is this?

My rooster has these two little white bumps on his comb, they've been there for at least three weeks, i thought it was possibly fowl pox originally because of their ashy appearance but no other bumps appeared on his comp or wattles or anywhere else i can see.
so I'm thinking it's some sort of fungal infection, I've done a great deal of research into favus and other fungus that affect chickens but I'm not confident enough to treat for them yet. Here's some pictures of his comb, he is also molting so i don't want to put any extra stress on the poor guy.

So if someone can help me figure out what this is that would be awesome, it hasn't spread or gotten bigger and it hasn't gotten smaller since i noticed it three weeks ago. I found it right after i got home from vacation so he could have had them for up to five weeks.
and i know this is off topic but how do i post a video? My rooster has a bit of an odd walk and i wanted to ask if it looks normal or not.
thanks!

can you wash them off?and it might just be scar tissue
I have washed them several times before with water and a touch of dish soap. I went out about an hour ago to look at them again and when i touched one of them it came off in my hand. The other one remains stuck firm but this one came of revealing almost normal skin underneath (its slightly paler then the rest of his comb but otherwise it's just normal skin).
I hadn't thought of them being scar tissue, i don't think that's it though.
I haven't been very concerned with it since i don't see them spreading, but i would like to get it sorted out just in case it is something serious.

The picture isn't clear enough to tell, could possibly have been a minor injury, maybe from pecking, and the scab finally dropped off. Also possibly fowl pox, the lesions will often start out pale looking and then usually darken before falling off. I've had scabs on combs be very dark colored, and sometimes light colored too.

Okay, sorry i should try to get a clearer one, if it's fowl pox wouldn't more bumps have appeared over the course of three to five weeks? I guess it could be a fighting mark, but i find it weird how uniform they are, like little circles.
Thank you!

Pox can vary, I've had chickens that had very few lesions, some just become covered in them. Last year I had a hen that had 3 total pox lesions, one was near an eye, so I was paying particular attention to her. Sometimes favus, if it's very mild, can clear up on it's own too.

Okay, thanks! I'll keep an eye on them, since the one bump came off today like a scab I'm not overly concerned so I'm just watching him very carefully.
