Looks like sweet feed for livestock. Pellets containing soybean meal, corn and oats, with molasses. Anywhere from 10-30% protein.

Sweet feed...About once a week, I give some to the chickens as a treat. I throw a handful into the run, instead of scratch.

Someone dragged home/dropped off an 'old' feed bag full of this. It looks like there's some corn in there. Is this what 'scratch' looks like? Can anyone identify these ingredients?

Throw it away.
If its OLD it's no good.

I agree with the others, never feed old feed that could possibly contain enough toxins to make them ill or even cause death. Also, a quick change in diet is likely to cause serious digestive issues. It's not worth it, pitch this feed.
