It is kind of hard to know where that sore is on his body. Is it a breast blister on his keel or breastbone? Any other symptoms? How does his crop feel—empty or full, hard or puffy? More details would be helpful, such as his age, what his poops look like, if he is being bullied by others, and if you have other roosters or cockerels. I would separate him to feed him some moistened chicken feed, scrambled egg, and canned tuna or cat food in moderation. Water is most important.

The injury is on the upper portion of his vent.
His Crop is not full or empty . It always have some food and water in it .
It Eats food but not full his crop
His poop is normal but very small in size.
He is getting weak day by day .
He became more aggressive and attack me when I try to pick his hen.
I have only 1 pair.
He always put food in his mouth and call for hen to eat it first .
He is about 8 month , weight 1600g
Hen is about 6 month , weight 1100g
Hen always bits the rooster and eats his small wings near the vent and neck.
But he say something to hen
If I separate them , they do alot noise and try hard to find their partner.
