Thought chicken has egg shell stuck inside, but pictured this first poop this AM and seen what look like a worm. She lays soft shells and a few have been on ground almost without a shell so i wanted to give epsom salt and calcium. She nestes to bed wayyyy early last night, no egg this AM at 5. Thank you

You are correct, it is a large roundworm excreted in feces. Use Safeguard liquid goat wormer or Valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer to treat all your birds. If one bird has worms, most likely they all have them. Either of these wormers will get rid of all types of poultry roundworms.
I added this to water. Is this ok??

Is there a measurement you can recommend? I will go purchase this item shortly and want to come home and administer immediately. Thank you

SafeGuard liquid goat wormer dosage is 1.25 ml for a 5 pound chicken given orally once and again in 10 days for roundworms only. Give it for 5 days to treat those and capillary worms. Shake the bottle well and draw it up in a needle-less syringe. If using Valbazen, shake well and give 1/2 ml orally once and again in 10 days to treat most chicken worms.
