What is this?

There is something at the base of my roosters comb that looks like a pimple. I touched it and applied a light amount of pressure but I’m not getting much of a reaction to know if he’s in pain or not. The hairs by the “pimple” thing are sticky but I’m unsure if that’s from the watermelon I gave him earlier. His comb also naturally falls to the side so maybe this could be a side effect?

Do you see any lice or mites?

It may be a feather cyst, it's hard to tell.

You can clean it well with Saline so you can better access the lump and determine if there's any ingrown feathers.
