can anyone tell me what breed this is . We named it "Punk Rocker" because of his top notch

Cross breed of some kind.

Maybe mixed with a
Polish or Silkie
If it has black skin or extra toes then you know it is part silkie.

Maybe another crested breed.

ETA
The other half of the cross might be a
Production Red or
Rhode Island Red

Im no expert. But thats what it looks like to me.
But I do know it is a Mixed Breed.
