I've never seen this before! I am afraid baby was born inside out

It looks vascular but also looks like its got poop in it. Baby is really strong and loud though...

Looks like the yolk sac and possibly some intestines too??? It didnt absorb the yolk like is was suppose to before it hatched. These chicks will not live usually as they end up with infections.
