what is up with my chick?

Shevis slower moving than the others, and doesn't try to fly like them. She is shorter and fatter than them, too. Is she just more docile? She pecks and scratches at the ground...
They all also make a clicking noise. Are they trying to cluck or what?

im new at this maybe if you post a pic of her others will be able to help better are you sure she is not a meat bird?

The feed store said she was a barred rock pullet and her sister is really tall and I think average weight. Thank you!!!
