What is wrong with my BO's beak?

Help!

Something is wrong with by BO's beak. It is black and it is coming off sort of....I really don't know how to explain it. She is about 18 weeks old and can still eat and drink...I think.

If it is something to worry about, please tell me how to fix it.

It appears as if the tip of the upper beak has been injured/broken. It will likely fall off, but if the quick is not injured it will regrow. Make sure the bird is able to adequately eat.

Should I separate her from the rest of the flock? I don't want her getting bullied...

Also, I think it fell off a few ours ago.

I would not remove her from the flock. Generally this is not the sort of problem that will lead to bullying. Just monitor her crop to make sure that she is able to eat. If she is having problems it may be necessary to feed her wet mash in a deep dish.
