it is losing its feathers on its back,why?

Do you have a roo? This sometimes can happen if your chicken is being mated. It's usually the roos fault when back feathers are missing!

if that was the case wouldnt it happen to all of them?

Not if she is the roos favorite chicken. It's possible that she could be getting over mated.
