What is wrong with my chicken's eggs?

Hello, i got some chicken'sthree days ago and they are laying already, but when i cooked the eggs the white part was kinda rubbery. is this normal for 19 week old hens or is there something i should be giving them?

I got those eggs when my hens were first laying. Its totally normal, your hen just needs to get used to laying
