We have 4 chickens, our Rhode Island Red has some bald spots that are reddened and inflamed at the base of her wings (one side is worse than the other). None of the other chickens have any problems at all and the Red does not appear sick in any other way. This has been going on for a few weeks and we haven't been able to find any parasites on her. We've wondered if space is an issue; our run is 96 sq feet, which seems like it should be enough space. Any ideas of what might be going on? I have pictures but can't figure out how to post them. I'll email them to anyone who is interested.
