What is wrong with my hen?

Hi, I'm stumped as to what my hen could have. She always has poop stuck to her vent, even right after I clean it. Her poop has for the most part been diarrhea like. She also seems to tremor near her rear end sometimes. I'm not sure what she could have. I gave her a warm soak incase she had a stuck egg and nothing changed.

Having loose poops can cause them to build up under the vent. How old is she? Does she normally lay eggs? Keep her cleaned off. What do you feed her ? Does she have crushed oyster shell available. Where exactly is she having tremors?
