What is wrong with my pullet????????????

I have a beautiful little EE pullet. She is 3 or 4 months old She seemed perfectly fine until two days ago. The first day I noticed she kept loosing her balance and kept catching herself with her wing. The next day she couldn't walk at all. She is lying on her stomach. Every once in a while she will try to get up but, she just flops around. I believe she is having a little trouble breathing too. I am pretty sure I can't do anything for her but, does anyone know what could be wrong with her????????? Is there anything I could possibly do to save her? I am heartbroken she is so beautiful. I was looking forward to having her as a part of our flock.

Please look up symptoms for Mareks disease. Not saying she has Mareks,but you need to understand symptoms for the sake of the rest of your flock. That being said,have you checked her for mites/lice,vent issues,crop issues,? Any new feed given? Also look into vitamin deficiency?
