What is wrong with my Turkin baby

I have noticed a large knot on this baby turkin. Does anyone know what is happening to her and what I need to do to help her?

What do you feed, including treats?

Is she laying down a lot? How is she housed? Photos may be helpful of the housing and her poop.

Do you notice others plucking at her?

Her crop is large which may be normal depending on when she ate/drank and of course having no feathers, it's going to look more prominent.

Check her crop to make sure it's emptying overnight. See if she has any lice/mites as well.
