What is your best hint that it's time to end load

I have 7 eggs left of this load. They look solid with normal air sac when I candle. Except one air sac is on bottom.
There is no movement of the eggs. Last egg hatched this morning. And 4 floated with only a fraction of egg above water. 3 floated on side.
Do I give up?
