To think of it I really don't see any chicken breeds I don't like. I would love to raise just about all of them if I could lol.

I love the polish even though I don't have any. Simply because they make me laugh. But thinking back since I was a kid I've also always loved the barred rocks, buff orps and all the brahmas.

I think my favorite breed is SLW. But I also like BO and EE.

Hm, I always loved my purebred Ameraucanas, they look wonderful and all the ones I raised so far just have the most amazing temperament.

Now that I have my Malay, Saipan, Cubalayas, Brabanters, OEGBs, Leghorns and Kraienkoppes from Ideal I must say the Saipans, Malay and Kraienkoppes are and will stay my favorit if their temperament stays this way. They are the most outgoing little things, and always huddling up with me when I sit down in their brooder.
OK, the Malay are the ugliest things right now, they kind of remind you of some sort of prehistoric terror-bird, short massive head, long snake-like neck, round body and long thick legs. Heavy too.
The Saipans are the tamest tho, all 8 love to sit on my lap or shoulder and go to sleep. Or just cuddle up to me and preening or just sitting there enjoying scritches. Almost equally ugly like the malays, the saipans just have more feathers(the malays feather out terribly slow) and slender heads.

So I guess my fave list goes like this:
1.Saipan
2.Malay
3. Kraienkoppe/Ameraucana

Well I cant have regular sized chickens so I only have bantams

1.I am going to have to say my bantam cochins (I have one frizzle and the regular feathered ones) They are so friendly and gentle.

2. my Seramas

3. my Japanese BTW

4. I am really liking my bantam rirs but they arent that old yet so I am not sure

5. my modern games

6. old english game

7. my bantam leghorns
