What is your favorite thing to do with your chick?

I'm new to chicks, so I'm just happy watching them eat, drink, and preen themselves. I think it's hilarious when one of them picks a piece of shaving off of another.

We just got our first chicks yesterday, so we mostly just watch them. We are working on getting them used to being held and petted.

i have had mine for a little over a month now and they are outside in a coop!! i love love getting up every morning knowing how excited they get when i come to let them out and give em food n water they coming running to the door that i open and get super excited they eat treats out of my hand and love getting treats from me makes me smile and they listen to my voice and run out of the coop when they hear me i can sit by their pen and talk to them and they turn their heads and listen and chirp at me

mine are super exited when i come over to the brooder - prolly cuz i bring treats! hahah thats my fav thing . giving them treats and watching them go GAGA over them. they are 3 weeks old and they really are showing personality now lol some like to fly out the brooder and into my lap and some like to be just stroked on the tummy . others like to hop up on me and just roost and fall asleep on me
