What keeps happening to my chicken??? Seizure? (VIDEO)

She did this a few times today and kept doing a weird head movement as well. She got up every time and acted fairly normal afterwards. She is moulting at the moment and my dad said he had seen her fall over before about a month ago, but nothing like this.

I would put her on a b complex right away particularly B1. B1 deficiency in chickens can cause seizures, star gazing, paralysis particularly of the head/neck. With her molting that increases her chances of deficiencies.
