What killed my chicken?

Hello first time poster, longtime reader. About 2 weeks ago my duck was killed everything except the wings was eaten. I suspected a raccoon. The duck was a completely out in the open and accepted the lesson. Today we found a hen killed and eaten the same way. There is no feather mess just wings remain. I'm worried I have a recurring visitor. Is a raccoon the culprit?

Could be a fox or coyote too, was it taken elsewhere or eaten right close to the building.

It was very close outside the coop

Generally coons eat only the head or chest. When only wings remain near the coop I would think a domestic cat. How big was the bird?

Sounds like racoon no sign of feathers left otherwise
I am so sorry do you have other birds whatever it was will come back

Nooooo not my cats! Hope this is not the case. My hens are 1 year old red sexlinks
