What killed my serama hen?

I came out today and found my oldest serama hen dead with her neck skinned and bloody. All of the other birds are acting fine and are not stressed, she's the only one that got attacked. What could have done this? I feel like maybe a weasel is the only thing that could've gotten in, but I'm not sure.

Only about an inch and a half, but I know a weasel can fir through that so I blocked them up
