What kind do I want?

Right now I am raising a straight run of Bronze turkeys. We are wanting to start raising them ourselves and I am trying to figure out which breeds are good for long term raising. We want them to also be great meat birds in addition to being layers. Maybe a breed that is good at sitting as well

And if you end up getting too many eggs, are turkey eggs any good??
