What kind of bird egg is this?

My mom found a bird egg outside today. It is small and I think I can see a heart. It is probably not viable, but I want to give it a chance. Does anyone know what kind of egg this is? I have chicken eggs in the bator, can it be kept at the same temp and humidity? How should I care for it if it was to hatch? How long do they take to hatch? Does anyone have experience with this?

looks like a killdeer egg to me, I don't see any veins or signs of life but the bright side is that, if decide to try to hatch it, killdeer hatch like poultry, completely fuzzed out and ready to run around and eat.
edit: looks like the eggs require the same temp/humidity as chicken eggs!

I think they look like killdeer eggs. If they are, that's great! Maybe he will hatch!
