What kind of breed is this Chicken?

Did you hatch that bird yourself? If so, you would know the age better than we would. BUT...if you bought the bird, I would tell you that that bird isn't 6 wks old. Looks like a POLP (point of lay pullet) probably an OEGB.

No… I actually got it from someone local I know. He hatched her and gave her to me when she was 3 weeks old. He seemed really sure.

I wouldn't say Old English Game. The bird does look like a game cross, but I wouldn't say that it is pure in away way, let alone Old English Game. The Old English has a differen't body type http://www.feathersite.com/Poultry/Games/BRKGames.html, and I am really not seeing the color that your bird has (though I could easily be making a mistake there.)
Also, your bird doesn't seem to have the hard feather trait which is common in Game Fowl. But, due to the birds body I would push for a game cross. What exactly that cross is I can't say. I see green legs so maybe a junglefowl cross.

As for gender, I would really like a better picture of that tail. The face is pretty argueable, but I am thinking pullet. A straight tail though is a pullet, if you see a little curve in the back tail feathers then you got a boy. The color of the breast seems safe.

You may want to contact the breeder again. If he was sure that it was a pullet due to color of the breast which is an earlier indicator in some game color types, then you should have a female. He may also have some roosters of the breed, and will know if your bird should have a larger comb at that age.

that was lots of good info. I will get a better picture of the tail. Looks to be straight up with no curve. I'm really pushing for a pullet.

I agree, definately a game cross, not pure. At 6 weeks, that bird is a cockerel.
