What kind of chick am I?

This is one of the many bantams my fiance and I picked up at the local TSC. I'm just curious as to what you guys think the breed of this one is. It's about 4 weeks old, and ended up getting spots of black on it's back. The legs are gray under normal lighting. Anyone want to make a guess?

Are they from a hatchery ?
No all sebrights have the same exact looking feathers like the lacing on the feathers might be a bit off and some birds feather out differently​
