What kind of chick is this??

Does anyone have any ideas on what kind of chick this is?? I got it from my local feed store and they received an order of Frizzle chicks from Privett Hatchery in New Mexico. This does not look like any of the other Frizzles I received....no feathers on the legs and this one is a little taller.

The only frizzles Privett carries are bantam Cochins and this chick has no feet feathering

obvious sign that it isn't a Cochin and therefor not a frizzle. I guess it could also be a bantam EE...
