Don't know the breed but would say cockerel, the comb and waddle show it all. The comb looks to be turning pinkish red and the waddles growing in that size and color at 2.5 weeks, yeah he's a too and he's a good looking fella.

You'll have to get better pictures of the whole body showing for the breed but I think you have a cockerel.
