What kind of chicken did you say this is?

ok I'm still pretty new at keeping my chickens, about a week ago we started looking for new additions to our flock. Almost all we are having no problem finding but there is one little guy that I'm hunting a few hens for and I am having no luck! Can anyone please tell me what a Silky Serama is and where can I find more?!?!?!?!

I think he (Snowball) must be a cross, he's smooth and looks like a Serama but the lady my mom got him from said he was a silkie serama?

tried for a better pic but he wouldn't allow it. My hubbie can't work my phone and the poor chick would try to fly away from him and flog him if he loosened up on him. He just has that effect on all of my roos.
