They were all a mix from a local farming program that donated to our school. None of the eggs were dark brown. It will definitely be fun to see what they turn out to be.

If the eggs are from a mixed breed flock, then the baby is a mix, and anybody’s guess as to what breeds it’s parents where. By that coloring, you can tell that the chick will most likely turn out a black chicken, possibly a blue (can’t really tell from photo).
