What kind of chicken is this? Male or female?

I bought this chick under the assumption it was an ameraucana which I now know it's not. Also I thought it was a pullet but now I'm thinking cockerel since it's getting a very pink comb and it's only about 7 weeks old.

I could use some help on sexing the one on the right.. They are both out of the same "pullet bin of Partrige Plymouth Rock" and the same age ( best guess 8wks) any and all help appreciated.
