Does anyone know the breed of these 10 week old bantams? Girl at TSC said Cochins, but I am not sure about that.

The roo is a Mille Fleur Booted bantam (note lack of beard). If the hen also lacks this feature, she's also a Booted bantam. Beard and muffs would indicate Mille Fleur d'Uccle instead.
