What kind of chicken is this?

My friend has this chicken and wonders what kind it is. He says it is a huge bird and he’s wondering about the feathers on its legs. He says it hasn’t laid any eggs.

It's a light Brahma, and it won't lay any eggs because it is a cockerel.

You've already asked about this bird. Again, he is a Light Brahma, which are supposed to have feathered legs. Not getting eggs from this bird because it's male.
