What kind of chicken is this?

Sneakers (its name) has feathered feet, I think he/she is about 3-5 days old, I just got them like 2 hours ago.

due to the dark skin and bluish grey beak I would say a silkie cross.

I have a silky arcuana cross that is identical to this one! Even down to the weird feathers growing in wonky!
