Does anyone know what breed of chicken this is? She is very different from our other hens and has puffy cheek feathers!

actually, no. Specifically she is an Ameraucana or Araucana cross ... Also known as an EE. An Americana is just what hatcheries and feed stores call their Easter Eggers to trick people into thinking they're some rare exotic breed. It took me a while to figure it out myself, as they can be easily mistaken for Ameraucanas when the hatcheries are trying to trick you!

Definitely not an Araucana, and Americauna is just a hatchery name for Easter Egger.
