I have no idea lol. This is my first time chicken experience. I felt bad for this one so grabbed her up. The kids named her fancy. I just searched Cochin development pics found some 6 week shots. This appears closer to a girl to me, a completely untamed eye and I know nothing about the butt shots! I was showing the white belly!

I know nothing either!! I have 17 heritage Rhode Island reds in my basement, I sold 4 roosters when he came to pick them up I'd given him one hen !! He swapped it out but they are almost 3 months and I'm still not sure

, I'm thinking the annoying ones are roosters ? But that's from 30 years of marriage
