What kind of duck am I? Pics included!

I thought for ever that Flip and Flop were Anconas or Magpies but now im not so sure. Thats an aweful lot of green sheen in their feathers. This is Flop below vvvvv
























She does not like to have her pic taken let alone being held. so the pics i got is all i can get right now.

They are so much more playfull than chickens. They just love to try to sit in the water!

Looks and sounds suspiciously like a Muscovy, especially when you mentioned the green sheen. But, I don't see any crinkling around her face, but sometimes female Muscovies don't have that much. Other than that, I don't know.

We have a Magpie / Cayuga cross. He has the greenish sheen of the cayuga with the Magpie coloring. Really pretty duck.

Flop's sister, Flip, is similar byut she is mostly white with just a few black and green spots on her. Definately NOT muscovy... Very loud quacker, and no "facial leperacy".

My black anconas have a bit of green shine on their wings and backs - I assumed all black ducks did!

I used to have 4 anconas rehomed 2 males still have 2 females they all have a green sheen, especially the males though... I'd still say ancona
