What kind of duck am I?

These two sweet ducks are about two weeks old and we have no idea what type they are. They were adopted by a friend who got them from a school. She has built a full enclosure around her little pond and had her contractor build a duck house for them...but they don't even know whether these cute ducklings will fly the coop--are they Mallards???

Thanks all you fab duck friends for helping out!! We are hoping someone can identify them.

the bottom one definitely looks like a silver appleyard to me because of the stripe on the head

I have two welsh harlequins who look about the same age as yours; while I've no clue what the second duckling is, your first doesn't really look like a harlequin but it may be a khaki campbell?

I have a pair of WH about the same age... they do look a little similar...they might be a mix. Very cute no matter what they are...I don't think they are a Mallard mix - so they won't be flying away...they are lucky little creatures - that's for sure!
