What kind of ducks are these?

I have khaki Campbells an these I got as ducklings and raised up and they are around 3 months old or a little older. They are bigger than my current ducks so now I'm thinking they are something different. Also I can't tell if try are male or female :-/ (I'm new to ducks)

Top 2 look like my khaki does - bottom ones are likely just a different strain of khaki or a cross

That's my 9 week old khaki - she's nearly as big as the full grown white Campbell in the middle of the pond.
So what you have at 3 months are practically full grown ducks.

The one on the left of second pic looks a bit male but I cant see any curly tail feathers!
At 5 weeks old girls will be quacking, males will be rasping a bit like a frog
