What kind of peahen do I have?

This peahen just wanders up to my porch one day!I have no idea what kind she is!When I figure out what kind she is,I'll know what breed of peacock to get.

Pretty girl! Looks like she's probably a regular Indian Blue hen.
Have you tried to find her owners? Someone is probably missing her.

If I understand correctly, you're planning to keep her?
I was suggesting that before you decide to keep her, you might want to look for her owner.
You could post a notice on your local craigslist, call around to animal control, animal shelters, feed stores, or vets, and put up flyers. She could have an owner who misses her and is looking for her. I have experienced this myself, it's very sad when your pea goes missing.

I suspect the hen is carrying a white gene. A picture of her front and top would be helpful.
