On Sunday morning my 20 week old Sapphire Gem hen was coughing and sneezing. We live in Southern AZ and Saturday was 115 degrees. We brought her inside the house. She has been eating and drinking, seems alert, her breathing still sounds a little labored. She has had no strange poop or discharge. Does that seem consistent with heat-related respiratory distress? We are considering putting her back with the others since she seems bored/sad.
