What kind of wound is this?

Is this a pecking wound on my girl’s wattle? She’s pretty low in the pecking order if not rock bottom. Should I do something with it? Like clean or anything?

It has been warm lately and it only showed up today so I don’t think I’d frostbite and she’s been out in much colder weather than this just fine.
