What makes a show quality polish?

I have a polish roo, and a few slightly older polish hen, the roo being blue, two hens being black with white poofs, two being golden laced, and one being white splash. I was thinking of them and that question popped into my head. What makes a show quality polish?

Not entirely sure. Don't have my book on me and I don't breed for show. I just know that most of mine are out due to color anyways
