What might we be?

These are the 2 chicks I hatched out at the end of June, their right about 6 weeks old. Can you tell what sex they are? I'm pretty sure the BR cross is a pullet, not so sure on the white one.

They both look like pullets to me.

the grayish one looks like a roo and the white one looks like a hen but im not possitive
