What NOT to feed ducks?

So I know not to feed them bread or crackers but are there any other foods that they shouldn't eat?

In particular I'm curious about persimmons. I have a tree in the yard and want to know if it is ok for the ducks to snack on them.

I will also be planting a garden and I don't want to plant anything that could make the ducks sick.
