What other birds can be housed with peafowl?

I would not house anything with peafowl besides potentially some of the scrappier pheasant species. Disease is a problem but peafowl also are bullies and can turn on pen mates in an instant especially during breeding season. Other people have done it but it's a roll of a dice every time. Also just because there isn't a blood bath going on doesn't mean the birds are getting along. There are different levels of "tension".

Our breeding pens are an environment for peace and tranquility to assure the birds are happy and productive. Introducing another species to their 'home' is an invasion and will cost in egg productivity and a danger to chicks being raised with the adults. If you only care for a cage of pretty birds to look at go for it as that will make you happy but know that it will come with a cost. @barkerg has made some fantastic environments for mixing different species but he made them very large, 35 x 100 so they have plenty of space and are not breeding pens, they are for enjoyment only.

thanks, I had heard of others having small waterfowl...but don't need to push it...

The problem with waterfowl and peas in the same pen is the nasty water the waterfowl live (and crap) in is drank by the peas and makes them sick. If you can figure out how to keep the peas from drinking that foul water let us know.
