What other foods do chickens like to scratch up?

I am trying to think of something else that I can scatter about for the chickens to scratch at as they free range instead of scratch. They get treats every evening when it's time to get locked up and it is getting to warm to feed scratch because of the corn. Anyone have any ideas for me?

I never buy scratch but mix my own scratch based on season. I buy 50 lb bags of grains.
Very cold weather they'll get corn, wheat and BOSS. Summer is primarily oats with a little millet.
Mild weather gets a little more wheat with the summer mix.

Whole wheat
rolled oats
milo
safflower
boss
millet
cooked rice
crickets
meal worms
cooked spaghetti noodles
frozen peas
broccoli
hang a head of cabbage (it does NOT flavor the eggs)
grapes
raisins
hard boiled eggs
