What penicillin dosage to give?

I am going to give my hen some penicillin as a last resort.
I have been treating her for sour crop since last october and nothing has helped.
Does anyone know how much penicillin i should give her? I have the 250mg capsules.

Can someone please advise me on the dosage as i want to start her on it asap.

Marlene, I've just seen your post. Penicillin will not help sour crop. If your hen still needs help, PM me and I'll share what I know.
