Yes, time for the leg bands to come off anyway. I only use them until their old enough to be caponized, to tell the hens from the capons from the cockerels. Once their fate is decided and they get named, the bands are removed all together.
I would agree he could be a red sex link roo, but he has white legs, not yellow?
