Aint no way to tell by that pic. We need good clear side ones of each bird. Sorry nobody can tell anything from a pic 10 ft away in a group.

I would say the one in the front, far right of the picture is a female. The rest are drakes. I am basing this on those dark, solid feathers right above the tail. Girls have lighter, two toned feathers.
