What should i do with this last egg?

I had 5 eggs under my hen. On day 21 i checked them and tossed 2 as it was the first time i checked since giving them to her and they were young quitters. The first chick hatched overnight after passing day 21 The other hatched this morning (almost 36 hrs past due.

Now my last egg developped, has a big air sack but no movement no chirping no internal pip.... im wondering what to do?

The second chick looks a little weaker than the first and i dont want something to happen to her because moma hen was still sitting on a potentially dead egg....

What should i do. It is now almost 48hrs past the 21 days now.

Toss it or leave it. Personally I would do an egg-topsy on it. If you saw no movement or anything, its most likely a quitter and not going to hatch anyways.
